Location: Downtown Boones Mill

Event hours: 10 am - 3 pm

Vendor Booth Pricing:

Early Bird:

pay by May 1st, 2026.

$75.00 per 10x10

Food Vendor: $150.00 per 10x10

Regular rate:

pay on or after May 2nd-Aug. 3rd, 2026.

$85.00 per 10x10

Food Vendor: $175.00 per 10x10 space

Aug. 3rd, 2026 is deadline for vender sign up online.

Vendor Application Information: 

We DO NOT accept snail mail or email applications.

The Boones Mill Apple Festival, hosted by Healing Strides,

exhibitor selection committee will approve exhibitors on a first-come, first- served basis.

You will be notified once your status has been updated to approved or declined.

Please note that exhibitor space is limited and submission of this exhibitor application form does not guarantee your participation in the event. 

Requests are not guaranteed.

Once you are given approval of your booth we will provide billing instructions.

Each vendor space is a 10x10 area. 

One 10x10 area is the cost of 1 (one) vendor fee. 

Additional spaces costs an additional vendor fee. 

Additional spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis based on who pays in full first. 

A partial refund will be given 60 days from event, less $25.00 for processing.

All refund requests must go to [email protected]

No refunds will be given at or after 60 days from event date.

Food Vendors/Beverage: 

Food vendors must adhere to all local health department requirements and may be subject to on site inspection.  

Food vendors must provide proof of insurance.  

Food vendors will be required to pay applicable food tax to the town of Boones Mill.

All food vendors are responsible to report sales and any other fees or applications due.

Tasting Booths Only for Alcohol - no opened bottle/cocktail sales.

Must have own insurance and ABC license for tasting.

Must supply own "restricted area" for tasting.

Must abide by all other laws and regulations for this type of booth.

RESTRICTIONS:

- All signage, displays, fixtures, merchandise, etc. must be fully contained within your booth space(s).


- You may not sell or trade any food or beverage items without prior approval by event.


- Non-service animals, alcohol, illegal drugs and games of chance (dice games, grab bags, blind pulls, raffles, vending machines etc.) are NOT permitted.

- Any weaponry must be approved on a case by case basis by event. If selling weaponry it may not be in reach of the public, and any sold item must be sold in sealed packaging not to be opened within the event space. Patrons may bring purchased items to their vehicle then return to the event space.

- If selling any weaponry, vendor must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. 


- Event reserves the right to disallow any merchandise it deems offensive or inappropriate.

- All exhibitors must adhere to health and safety guidelines, rules and protocols as issued by event.
